How is the price calculated?

Base price
Our base rate for sworn translation is €50 per page (excl. VAT). This covers the sworn translation of a standard page (approximately 250 words) by a sworn translator with their legally recognised signature.
The number of pages is automatically extracted from your PDF. A blank page counts as a full page. Please check your PDF before submitting your request.
Adjustment factors
Several factors may increase the base price:

| Document type | ×1.0 to ×1.5 | Notarial, judicial, medical documents → higher coefficient |
| Express | +25% | 48 working hours turnaround |
| Urgent | +50% | 24 working hours turnaround |
VAT
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. The 21% VAT applicable in Belgium will be added at the time of payment and will appear on your invoice.
